All sales are final once payment is completed.

We do not accept:

• Returns
• Exchanges
• Order cancellations

This includes items purchased via website checkout after live selling events.

If an item is proven to be inauthentic through a reputable third-party authentication service, we will provide a full refund upon return of the item.

We carefully document all items with photos and descriptions.

Claims must be:

• Submitted within 3 days of delivery
• Supported with clear evidence

We may request additional information or third-party verification before making a determination.

Minor wear, patina, or imperfections consistent with pre-owned luxury goods are not considered defects.

By purchasing from Jenn X LLC, you acknowledge that:

• Items are pre-owned or previously handled luxury goods unless stated otherwise
• Wear consistent with age and use may be present
• All items are sold “as-is” based on provided description and images”

We are not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Carrier delays
• Customs delays (if applicable)

We will assist in filing claims with carriers when possible.

We currently offer:

• Ground Flat-rate shipping: $10 USD per order
• Priority Flat-Rate Shipping: $ 15 USD per order
• International Shipping available - please contact us 

Shipping method and carrier are selected at our discretion.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Items purchased during live sales may be processed in the order received.

Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination after shipment:

• Domestic: 2–7 business days (typical USPS/UPS timelines)
• Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or holidays

We do not guarantee delivery dates once the package has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
• Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
• Delays caused by carriers

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered.

Free shipping promotions, when offered, are subject to change or removal at any time without notice.

Sales tax is collected where required by law based on the shipping destination and applicable tax regulations.

8. Additional Services

• Under $1,000: standard shipping, no signature required unless you choose to add it.
• $1,000 and over: signature confirmation required.
• For $1,000+ orders, the shipping charge should reflect the additional cost of signature and appropriate insurance/coverage.
• We reserve the right to require signature on lower-value orders when we think the item warrants it.
